Apadana - North stairs (2)

The northern stairs of the Apadana at Persepolis show a procession of people bringing tribute to an idealized Achaemenid king. The reliefs were copied from the eastern stairs - go there to read more about it. The quality of the younger reliefs is less than that of the originals, as you may see for yourself by comparing them.
