
The Awan King List (Louvre) |
The
Awan King List, written on a cuneiform tablet found in Susa and now in the Louvre,
mentions several kings who ruled in the last third of the third
millennium in Elam: in the left column the rulers of Awan and in the
right column the kings of Simaški. It was written in the
second
quarter of the second millennium, in Babylonian cuneiform. The kings
are:
