Tyre, Al-Bass: Small Arch.

Tyre (Phoenician רצ, ṣūr, "rock"; Greek Τúρος; Latin Tyrus): port in Phoenicia and one of the main cities in the eastern Mediterranean.

The small arch at the eastern entrance of the Al-Bass archaeological site in Tyre is heavily restored. It is probably Byzantine.
