This border has been set up by Quintus Petronius Umber, the legatus pro praetore of Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, and Lucius Pupius Praesens, the procurator of Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, based on the decree of Augustus Germanicus Caesar.
The territory on the right belongs to the Sagalassians, the territory to the left side belongs to the people of the village of Tymbrianassos under the protectorate of Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus.
