νης τῆς θυγατρὸς
αὐτοῦ Τρυφαίνης τῆς
καὶ αὐτῆς στεφανηφό<ρου>
καὶ γυμνασιάρχου


Menekrates, son of Menekrates, head city physician, wearing a wreath, gave this column its base and capital, his daughter Tryphaina having made (the relevant) provisions, she herself wearing a wreath as well, and being a gymnasiarch (head of the gymnasion).
